In his 30-year career with the FVZA, Dr. Hugo Pecos rose from fledgling scientist on the Zozobra Project to directorship of the entire Southwest Region. While not quite the superhero depicted in this caricature given to him upon his retirement, Dr. Pecos likes to think he's done his fair share to rid the country of vampires and zombies.
