Incident Report

Date/Time: September 10 - 12, 2004

Incident: A Director's meeting took place last weekend in southern Ohio. Present were: Assistant Director of the Vanguard, David B. Frost, Assistant Central Regional Director, Wraith, and myself. Discussions included current investigations and past cases, as well as plans for the O.U.R.S. Assault team in the upcoming months.

O.U.R.S. investigation into a possible nest turned up no indications of vampiric activity after a swift sweep of the building was conducted this weekend. As of now, there are no further incidents to report. Updates as we get them.
