Incident Report

Base: Dalkeith, Scotland

Date/Time: N/A

Incident: I've noticed a group of people acting strange outside the local ships at night. These people stay out until about 5.00 a.m. before going toward the garages. I do not know where they go after that, as I have not yet followed them. It seems every week their group gets bigger. I will file the results of this incident at a later date.
