Date/Time: July 8-12, 2003/0549 hours

Incident: I made a very strange discovery during my trip to Cape Cod to investigate zombie and vampire activity. My assault team heard stories from the locals about a group of people that were vampires and had committed several murders. Based on the tips, we raided a suspicious shack and discovered what appeared to be some kind of vampire methlab/experimental facility. They had syringes and needles and they apparently had been injecting their blood into humans and cats and other animals as part of an experiment to make some kind of hybrid vampire. I found some files stating that the cats were vomiting and going into vampiric comas after receiving injections of vampire blood. We burned the shack and methlab and quickly left the Cape to avoid arrest.
