Incident: Recently, I bumped into a man while at a club with a couple of friends. He gave me a terrifying look and walked away. Most noticeably, when he bumped into me I felt an odd chill, so I decided to watch him as he slinked out of a side exit. This, I thought, would be my first real case with the FVZA, and to tell the truth I was a little anxious.

After he had gone out, I immediately followed after him. I slowly opened the door and peered into the alley with caution. As my eyes got used to the darkness I saw a dark figure attacking another. I pulled out my knife and rushed to the victim's aid. However, the attacker was long gone before I could get there. I inspected the victim and noticed two small bite marks on her neck. Apparently she was some raver chick that had gotten mixed up with the wrong person.

I took her to the hospital immediately and then returned to the scene to get some evidence. I found two sets of footprints in the dirt, presumably belonging to the victim and the vampire. This leads me to believe that we are dealing with a rare loner. If he's alone he must be considerably strong. Being an 18-year-old, newly indoctrinated Shadow, I was more than a little nervous.

After I had finished at the site, I got my friends, who had not even noticed my absence, and went home. The next day, I went to the hospital to visit the girl, who is now in stable condition. Her name is Sarah. She told me that she was at the club alone just looking for a good time and that she met someone at the bar and, as per his instructions, went outside to wait for him. She then said that when he came out she sensed something was wrong. Without a word, he pounced on her and attacked. The next thing she knew she was in the hospital. She described this person as a tall, lanky man with black hair and sharp features: the exact definition of the man I bumped into.

I don't think that this vampire knows that we are onto him yet, therefore I will continue surveillance of the club at the usual times. Hopefully, this will come to a clean end. I would appreciate any available assistance.
