Incident Report

Agent/Witness: Geo

Base: Cleveland

Date/Time: Ongoing

Incident: Several cryptic e-mails from the Southern Region of Florida have suggested that, due to the recent hurricance and the effects thereof, an outbreak may occur in the panhandle. These speculations have been prompted by the suggestion that people seen awkwardly swimming through neighborhoods inundated by flood waters are actually zombies that have been washed out of hidden dens in old homes and the like. All Floridian Provisional members should be on the alert for possible increases in zombie activity, as well as that of any uprooted vampires in those areas.

Agent Geo, independent researcher and associate of O.U.R.S., Ohio Region.
