Incident: The night started pretty normally. My fellow agents and I were doing our usual patrol of the neighborhood when we spotted a single light on in a house that had no cars in the driveway and that we thought was unoccupied. The window was boarded up but we saw light through the cracks. When we looked through holes in the boards we saw three skinny male figures and one female figure. They appeared to eating a crash test dummy, but at a different angle I saw it was an human male in his mid-twenties. They were chewing on his throat and arm. When we saw this we ran back to my house and called the police. They performed an investigation of the house and found nothing.
