Agent/Witness: Frost

Date/Time: August 5, 2003/0100-0400 hours
Incident: My team did another run through of the tower and split up to do a clean sweep of every floor. The last time we investigated the tower (last month) we discovered an office chair that hadn't been there before. But this time the chair was gone. We we all met at the top, where we discovered footprints inside the cage room (see original report). Also, the roof door at the top of the ladder was open.
Upon returning home, we discovered a Speed Limit 45 sign laying in the grass in front of my driveway. We're not sure at the present time what it means. After that discovery, we scanned the entire area and field with Nightvision. Although we heard several running footsteps, we did not make a visual.
